What is the return policy?

Change of mind: Items must be unused and in their original condition. You pay return postage, and the original shipping cost is not refunded.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: Contact us as soon as practical with your order number and photos; the 7-day window does not apply to consumer guarantee claims. We can offer a replacement where available or a full refund including original postage. Return postage is covered by VANIOQ under our policy.

Customer-caused damage: Returns or refunds are not accepted for damage caused by the customer after delivery, such as accidental damage, misuse or improper handling. This does not affect your rights for a separate fault covered by the Australian Consumer Law.

Once an approved return has been received and inspected, refunds are processed within 4 business days to the original payment method.

Can I return an item I accidentally damaged?

No. VANIOQ does not accept a return or provide a refund for damage caused by the customer after delivery, including accidental damage, misuse, modification or improper handling, where that damage is the reason for the return. When will I get my order?

We ship orders using Australia Post. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the postal service.

If your parcel has not arrived, you can check the tracking status and contact Australia Post directly using your tracking number.

If Australia Post cannot resolve the issue, please contact VANIOQ with your order number so we can assist with the delivery enquiry.

How much does shipping cost?
