All orders are sent by Australia Post with tracking. Shipping is worked out at checkout from what is in your order and its total weight.

Free shipping on orders of $100.00 or more (order total after discounts).

Delivery after dispatch: Standard usually 5–6 business days (small flat items may arrive sooner as a tracked letter), Express Post 1–2 business days. Norfolk Island, Christmas Island and Cocos (Keeling) Islands are charged the same as the rest of Australia.

International Standard prices by order weight. International Express (faster, with signature on delivery) is $17.00 more than Standard.

Taxes and import charges
Orders sent overseas may be charged import duties or taxes by the destination country. These are not included in our prices or shipping costs and are paid by the receiver.
Damaged or lost items
We take responsibility for items damaged in transit, but may ask for a photo. If tracking shows no movement for an unusually long time, contact us and we will follow it up with Australia Post.
